Pro Player or Coach Website Listing Agreement

Thank you for your interest in being listed as a professional player or coach on the Bahamas Padel Federation website. Please review the information below carefully.

1. Eligibility for “Pro” Category: To be listed in the “Pro” category on our website, you must meet the following criteria:

   • Be recognized as a professional player or coach.
   • Have played or coached in The Bahamas within the last 12 months.

2. Information Displayed on Your Pro Page: Your Pro Page will include the following mandatory information:

   • Your full name, in accordance with our naming conventions.
   • A photograph of you (to be provided by you, in accordance with our photo guidelines)

In addition, you may choose to provide social media links (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X), which will also be published on your page if submitted.

3. Consent to Publish Information: By agreeing to this document, you consent to the following:

   • The publication of your full name and photograph on the Bahamas Padel Federation website.
   • The optional inclusion of your social media links if you provide them to us.

4. Use of Information:

   • The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of creating and maintaining your Pro Page on our website. It will not be shared with third parties for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

5. Updates and Removal:

   • You may request updates to your Pro Page or the removal of your information at any time by contacting us at info@padel242.org.
