Player Naming Conventions

To ensure consistency and respect for player preferences, the Bahamas Padel Federation follows these naming conventions for player listings across the website:

1. Default Format:

   • Players are listed using their first name and the initial of their last name (e.g., “John D.”).

2. Optional Formats:

   • Players may request to be listed using initials only (e.g., “J.D.”).
   • Players may also request to use their full name (e.g., “John Doe”).

3. Pro Player Requirement:

   • Professional players must be listed using their full name (e.g., “John Doe”) to maintain consistency and professionalism.

How to Request a Name Change

Players wishing to change how their name appears on the website can contact us at info@padel242.org. Requests should clearly specify the preferred format (e.g., initials only or full name).
